You may create an account to save AI agents and sync them across devices. Account information such as your email address is stored to identify you and provide the service.

You may upload knowledge files (for example documents or text) to train and test your agents. Content you provide, including extracted text and customization you enter, may be stored in association with your account when you are signed in, or locally in your browser when you use the service as a guest.

Saved agent blueprints, setup answers, extra instructions, and related configuration may be stored so you can reopen and continue working on your agents.

Authentication is handled using Supabase, a third-party authentication and database provider. Supabase processes sign-in credentials and session data according to their own privacy and security practices.

You may sign in with email and password or, where enabled, with Google login through Supabase OAuth. When you use Google login, Google may process information according to Google’s policies in addition to our use described here.

We use your information to operate HireAIAgent, including saving agents, authenticating you, and improving reliability of the product. We use service providers (such as Supabase and hosting infrastructure) only as needed to run the service.

We do not sell your personal data.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use strong passwords and protect access to your devices.

You may delete saved agents from your account or clear local data in your browser. Contact us if you need help with account-related privacy requests.
